There are two parallel plate capacitors ,everything is same like charges on plates, but sizes of plates of both capacitors are different then potential difference will same or not?
please give the answer consciously!

I am just asking about dependence of potential difference b/w two plates as it depend upon size of plates or not?

Explanation:

Since ,There are no free electrons in insulator , Charge distribution as in conducting plates will not take place. Hence it will not store charge and not behave like a capacitor.
