There are two people, they were born on the same second, same time, same day, same week, same month, same year and from the same mother. but they are not twins. how is that possible?

so they cant be twins.......
so they cant be twins.......
But twins are 2 different people. If you're talking about identical twins, then it's not necessary that all twins are identical. Unidentical twins exist so do twins of opposite genders.
