for every 50 parking spaces available an-accessible parking spaces = 2

=>  for every 1 parking spaces available an-accessible parking spaces = 2/50

=>  for every 1 parking spaces available an-accessible parking spaces = 1/25

=>  for every 200 parking spaces available an-accessible parking spaces = 200 x 1/25  

=>  for every 200 parking spaces available an-accessible parking spaces = 8

total number of van-accessible parking spaces available. = 8
