There are valves in the heart between atria and ventricles Is the purpose of valves in the veins and heart same?

No, in heart the bicuspid and tricuspid valve in heart directs the blood flow from atria to ventricle.

The valves present in veins prevents regurgitation that is back flow of blood.

The functions or the purpose is same of the semilunar valve present in ventricle adn the valves in ....
