There are y2-10y+9 students to be arranged in a field sitting a morning assembly of a school. Find the number of rows and columns in which these can be arranged such that no student is left out.

we can choose the either way in rows and columns ..

I.e., 1 row and 9 columns or 9 rows and 1 column
