Let the number of rows be X.

Let the number of columns be Y.

Total trees= 3249

Given that X=Y.

Number of trees that can be planted = X*Y = X*X = X²

Now, X² = 3249

i.e. X=√3249 =57

Number of rows = 57

Given

total no of trees=3249

no of rows=no of coloums

let no of rows be x

then, no of coloums will be also x

total number of trees=x×x=x square

as per sum

x square=3249

x=root over 3249

x=57

no of rows = 57
