There can be glory in failure & despair in success. Explain.

1- Glory may be found in failure if that glory comes with a lesson learnt from life, i.e. learnt from that failure. 2- Glory can be found in failure when due to failure experience is gained. 3- Whenever failure leads to experiences those experiences lead to better learning of skills, which help in getting glory
