yes ,I agree with the statement that only if there is equality there will be justice. if there is equality, then the decisions can be taken nicely and without being biased. If there will be no equality, then then the justice will be taken impartially or it'll be known as an unbiased decision. for example- if there are two opponent persons in the court , one is a marginalized person and another is a rich one. The rich person has taken the land of the marginalized person and is not return the land. for this , the judgement has to be taken . As the marginalized person is treated unequally by the society the judge will support the rich person. therefore the judgement taken will be against the poor and will support the rich person. So if there'll be impartiality ,the there will be no fair justice.
A marginalized person is a person who has been put to the side by the society .Example- Dalits are an example of a marginalized group
