‘Importance of Reservation of Seats for Women in the Parliament’.
To bring about any kind of positive change in the society, all segments of it have to be uplifted. In our country in the past few centuries, the condition of women has been bad. In the recent few years, we have been hearing a lot of hue and cry over reservation of seats in the Parliament for women but nothing has been done beyond this lip service. I think reservation should be given to women so that they may come forward and contribute to the upliftment of other women and, thus, the nation as a whole. When the women are empowered then only can our nation march forward boldly to become a great super power. Reservation of seats for women is one of the ways to help in bringing about this change.

Dear Diary,
Today, I went to an old age home with one of my friends. On paying a visit to old age homes, one comes across the fact that people are least bothered about their old people. They have been left to die over here.
These people seem to be emotionally starved and in need of sympathy. There is nobody who has time for them. When they themeselves were young, they had made a lot of sacrifices for their children. They never shrinked from their responsibilities. I think, one should never forget that this age condition is inevitable. Everyone has to go through it. So, the older ones should be given proper respect and love they deserve.
Good Night Diary.
