Sir,
It is with great concern that I am writing to you about the recent cases of chain snatching in our locality. There is a rapid increase in the concerned case where youths in motorbikes snatch the chains of people and drive fast, not caring about the safety of the victim or even the other pedestrians on the roadside. It has led to numerous incidents of someone getting hurt, pushed on the road, or even roughly handled just to make sure they escape. These youths have led to many residents voicing their grievance and feeling of insecurity even to venture out to get daily necessities.
So, it is my humble request if you could address the issue in your esteemed newspaper and help the concerned authorities to do the needful. The residents all need to feel safe in their own neighborhood, which we all deserve to get.
