Subject:- The Mosquito menace

Sir,
Through the column of extreme daily I would like to draw your attention towards the disturbing news of malaria and dengue in our colony.

Mosquitoes have become a menace to us these days. As soon as night comes, mosquitoes attack us from around. They attack all persons indiscriminately. Malaria and dengue are spreading rapidly because of mosquito bite. People try to protect themselves from mosquitoes by using mosquito curtains. Yet, they do not get rid of mosquitoes. It is high time the government did something to alleviate mosquito menace. Anti-mosquito chemicals should be sprayed. Stagnant pools of water should be cleaned. The government alone cannot stop it. People from all occupations should come forward to help the government and alleviate the mosquito menace.
