these days people dont understand each others feelings so how can they understand these poor animals the people should help these animals instead they are beating them , killing them for money . some people do it for fun and because of people like this there should be laws . animals also have feelings but can't Express it because we dont understand there pain .does not mean they can do anything
It almost feels like there is no humanity left
to stop cruelty for stray animals you protect them and their sanctuaries for cows , dogs ,cats etc. you can feed the poor animals and try and get the law of protecting the stray animals
