No one left on the tree because birds flew away after death of 1 bird because if they will be sitting there they all will also be killed

i would suggest, that all the birds will remain inside the tree only. why would they come out to die? what if the shooter is an expert he might kill a flying bird too ;)

For me no one will be left. After one's death all of them will be scared and fly away. There is an exception when they keep themselves hidden fearing that the shooter is an expert.
