First, Add 6m (3+3) to 137m.

You would get the diameter of the outer circle...

Use formula to find area

\pi^{2}

with the new diameter...

Also find the area of the inner circle

Subtract the outer circle and the inner circle

The answer you get is the area of the path

Hope it helps...

Answer:

1318.8 m^2

Step-by-step explanation:

total diameter including the path = 137 + 3 +3 = 143 m

Total area including the path = 3.14×(143/2)^2

= 16052.465 m^2

Now calculate the area of only circular cricket ground = 3.14 × (137/2)^2

= 14733.665 m^2

now subtract the cricket area from total area, we will get the area of the path only

= 16052.465 - 14733.665

= 1318 m^2

Hope it helps ✌❤❤
