There is 4.45l of water in a container.
4.45l = 4.45 * 1000 = 4450 ml

when 5l 60ml is added to it.
5l 60ml = 5060 ml

total = 5060+4450 = 9510 ml
9510ml = 9510/1000 = 9.51 litre

now, there is 9.51l of water.

first 0. 001 litres is equal to 1 m
now  5 L+0.06 L=5.06

total litres=4.45+5.06=9.51

the answer is 9.51
