Whole pie will be left after Victor eats tomorrow is 25/36.

Given

An apple pie left from the dinner is 5/6.

Victor plans to eat pie which was left is 1/6.

Whole pie will be left after Victor eats tomorrow = ?

Pie left from dinner = 5/6

Victor plans to eat pie which was left = 1/6

To find how much Victor plans to eat tomorrow :

                            5/6 × 1/6 = 5/36

To find whole pie left after Victor eats tomorrow :

    Whole pie left = Pie left from dinner - Victor plans to eat tomorrow

                            =  5/6  -  5/36

                While taking LCM for denominator 6 and 36.

                                      LCM = 36

                             = [(5×6) / (6×6)] - [(5×1) / (36×1)]

                             = [30 / 36] - [5 / 36]

                             = 25/36.

Therefore, whole pie left after Victor eats tomorrow is 25/36.
