1000 g of serum ------------------ 100%
X g serum ----------------------- 5%

So :

X = 1000. 5/100

X = 5000/100

X = 50 g of solute must be dissolved in water

Hi there !!

Lets consider the amount of solute that should be dissolved to be "x" grams.

"x" grams  == 5 % glyphosate serum

Total serum = 1000 g = 100 %

x = 1000 × 5 ÷ 100

x = 5000 ÷ 100

X = 50 g

Hence , 50 grams of solute need to be dissolved !!

Hope this Helps You !!
