There is a coin on the bottom of a vessel.water is filled into the vessel upto a height 40cm.at what depth from the surface of water the coin appears to remain when observe normally from above.
Refraction index of water = 4/3

Real depth/Apparent depth= RI

AD= RD/RI

= 40/ (4/3)

= 40×3/4=30cm
