Solution:-

According to the Question

We need to calculate the Resistance in the circuit .

Using ohm's law .

  • V = IR

where,

  • V denote Potential Difference
  • I denote Current
  • R denote Resistance

Substitute the value we get

:\implies 240 = 0.25 × R

:\implies 240/0.25 = R

:\implies R = 240/0.25

:\implies R = 960 ohm
