Let the number of trees in the garden be x.
then, number of Neem trees=x/4
Remaining trees=x-x/4=3x/4
No.of mango trees=1/2of3x/4=3x/8
Remaining trees=3x/4-3x/8=3x/8
no.of trees ready to graze=1/2of3x/8=3x/16
again, remaining trees=3x/8-3x/16=3x/16
A/Q
3x/16=6
3x=6×16
3x=96
x=96/3
x=32
hence the total number of trees in the garden=32
then, number of Neem trees=x/4
Remaining trees=x-x/4=3x/4
No.of mango trees=1/2of3x/4=3x/8
Remaining trees=3x/4-3x/8=3x/8
no.of trees ready to graze=1/2of3x/8=3x/16
again, remaining trees=3x/8-3x/16=3x/16
A/Q
3x/16=6
3x=6×16
3x=96
x=96/3
x=32
hence the total number of trees in the garden=32
