Assuming that the question is an open-minded one, I am giving the answer. Although the development and the milestones may vary from child to child, I am giving an overall general idea.

Ans (i) - Physical development - A 7-year-old boy is physically developed to ride a bicycle well, to skip, climbs up and gets down confidently, jumps from heights, writes in legible handwriting, threads a needle correctly, can dress up themselves well, and tie their laces.
A 14-year old girl is an adolescent who has probably already had her onset of puberty. The physical changes start appearing in the body and they reach almost the full adult height.

Ans (ii) A 14-year old teen uses sarcastic language and adds wit to their talks. This is because they are curious about the way the words are used and the reactions. Their logical skills and verbal skills improve gradually and they use formal and informal languages according to the situations.
A 7-year old starts grasping and learning new vocabulary as it is heard. They can read aloud, speak a language fluently, and describe the happenings easily. They know how to use the tenses, genders, and grammar.

Ans (iii) - Cognitive processing involves the understanding the given information and time to analyze and understand the process. So, the cognitive processing is better in a 14-year old kid, than a 7-year old kid,

Ans (iv) - The general behavior of a 7 - year old is quite different from that of a 14-year old. A 7-year old is big enough to make friends but still needs someone to settle disputes, understands rules but cannot wait until their turn, learns about relationships and people, plays games well in groups, and sometimes they tend to behave over the top, where the limit needs to be set.
For a 14-year old teen, the behavior is a matter of self-respect and they behave well at school and in front of people to be credited. They can manage their behavior and take part effectively in learning and other activities. Also, the attitude keeps changing which should be kept in check.
