There is a hole in the bottom of tank having water. If total pressrue at bottom of the tank is 6.4 atmoshoperic. The velocity of efflux through a hole at the bottom is 3 atm (1 atmosphere = 10^(5)N//m^(2)) then the velocity of water flowing from holes is

Answer:

hello mate..

here's ur answer..

Pressure at the bottom of tank

P=hρg=3×105Nm2

P=hρg=3×105Nm2

P=hρg=3×105Nm2 and velocity of water v = √2gh

√2gh∴v=√2p / ρ

=√(2×3×10^(5))

(10^(3))

=√600m/s.

hope it helps..

P= hρg= 3×105Nm2 and velocity of water

v = √2gh

√ρ=√(2×3×10^(5))

√ (10^(3))

√600m/s.
