there is a inverse variation between the numbers of student X and the number of chocolates y each student has got. if there are 48 students in the class then each student will get 15 chocolate. question number 1 if the class has 36 students then how many chocolates student will get? if each student get 18 chocolates then how many student were. present in the class?

There is an inverse variation which means that X × Y is constant.

Ans1.

48×15=36×a

a=48×15/36 = 20


Ans2.

48×15=b×18

b=48×15/18= 40
