1. Who am I?

(i) I am the only rational number who does not have a reciprocal

=> 0

(ii) we are two rational numbers who are additive inverse of each other but not reciprocal of each other.

=> 1 & -1

2.Solve the trouble.

(I am a rational number multiply me by 4 to get my reciprocal.

=> c- 1/2as

let the number be x

then x*4=1/x

x²=1/4

x=1/2

(ii) my age is half that of fathers is dog grandfather's age. The sum of our ages is 150. What is my

present age?

(iii)I am four more than the largest two digit perfect square or 14 less than largest 2 digit number. Who

am I?

3. Fill in the blanks

(i) rational number which lies between -3/4 and 2/9 is.....

(ii) Which one is Greater?3/5 or -2/4..........

(iii) The numbers smaller than -3/7 lies on the ...... side of 0 on number line.

(iv) Represent one number on one number line. 1/2, -3/5, 11/7,0/8,-8/3, 4/9.
