Answer:

A uniform society is a society where all people are equal without any discrimination based on sex, caste, religion, creed, etc. There might be a difference in the ability of people and not everyone is alike but there is a need for a uniform society where everyone thinks the same way to fix  issues prevailing in the society. Uniformity is unity. If any problem arises in the society there is a better chance of a solution when the whole society thinks uniformly rather than having differences which would delay the process of finding the solution. Differences cause problems while uniformity gives solutions. Another reason is a uniform society is tolerant and peace-loving which makes it necessary.
