Hi Friend!
There is certainly a need to maintain a proper balance between population and utilization of resources. Let us take the example of our own country India. In  India the number of people are increasing so dramatically that there are not sufficient amount of resources to fulfill the needs of all the people! We hear of cases of food shortage because the land under cultivation is just limited whereas the number of people born each year are increasing at an alarming rate. In such a situation that exists today in our country, it is our responsibility to use, reuse, reduce and refuse. We must be more concerned and conservative. Food wastage should be minimised in order to ensure that people don't go to bed without a meal. There is a lot of poverty in India and not all people are lucky to have all the resources they need. So be wise and save our resources!

Explanation:

=>Distribution of resources across the world is highly uneven.

=>Rapid population growth has resulted in over-utilisation of the natural resources.

=>This has led to drastic in the depletion and degradation of natural resources.

=> For example :- over-utilisation of soil has resulted in the depletion of the fertility of soil in many parts of the world.

Thus, there is an urgent need to maintain a balance between population , resources planning and conservation
