Such notice is issued to prevent the sex determination of the baby, who is still in the mother's womb.

• The implications of such notice are as follows :

- There is a major portion of our society which still wants a male baby and female baby isn't acceptable for them.

- For this reason, they try to do the sex determination of the upcoming baby.

- If they find that the upcoming baby is a female, then they choose forceful abortion ,in order to decline the responsibilities of the female baby.

- To prevent this cruel act of abortion ,the government had already banned the sex determination of baby before his/her birth.
