Length of tank = 180 m

Breadth of tank = 120 m

Area of tank = l × b

= 180 × 120

= 21600m^2

Area of land portion = 40000m^2

Arae of field = 40000 + 21600

= 61600

\pi \: {r}^{2} = 61600

 \frac{22}{7} \times {r}^{2} = 61600

 {r}^{2} \: = \: \frac{7}{22} \times \: 61600

 {r}^{2} = 7 \times 2800

 {r}^{2} = 19600

r = \sqrt{19600}

r = 140m
