First draw a fig of a circle inscribed on the cone

from the centre of the circle take the radius r

and height of the cone as h

now

r \:  =  \frac{h}{3}  \\ then \\ v =  \frac{4}{3} \pi \binom{h}{3} ^{3 }  \\ solving \: the \: equation \: you \: will \: get \\ v =    \frac{4\pi \: {h}^{3} }{81}
