There is a shape which has length with 1226 and has two different breadths are 94 and 76 . Find the area ?

THE NUMBERS HAVE NO UNITS SO, I'M USING CENTIMETRES(CM)  AS THE UNIT. IT DOES NOT CHANGE ANYTHING.

The formula for finding area is length×breadth.

The length has been given as 1226cm.

Two breadths have also been given as 94cm and 76cm  but we need just one number as the breadth

So to find the breadth we must add 94cm and 76cm

94cm+76cm=170cm

Since we have gotten one number to be the breadth of the shape we can now proceed to find the area of the shape.

Area = 1226cm(length)×170(breadth)cm= 1396cm²

NB: The unit becomes cm² because the length and breadth have the unit cm. So, in multiplying the length and the breadth the units are also multiplied(cm×cm=cm²)
