hello friend here is your required solution
Sol.we have to find the area painted in colour,i.e,the area of triangle with sides 15m,11m,and 6m
Let a=15m,b=11m,c=6m
Perimeter of the triangle=2s=15+11+6=32
s=32÷2=16
Now. s-a=(16-15)m=1m
s-b=(16-11)m=5m
s-c=(16-6)m=10m

Using Heron's formula,area of the triangle
=√s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)
=√16×1×5×10=√4×4×1×5×5×2
=4×5√2=20√2m square
Hence,area painted in colour=20√2m square

Sides of the wall are 15 m, 11 m ans 6 m
Area of the triangle =√s(s-a)(s-b) (s-c)
where s is semi perimeter.
a, b, c are the sides.

Let a=15m,b=11m,c=6m

s=(a+b+c)/2
s=(15+11+6)/2
s=32/2
s=16

s-a=16-15=1
s-b=16-11=5
s-c=16-6=10

Area of the triangle =√16(1)(5)(10)
=√800
=√400×2
=20√2 m²

Therefore, the area painted in colour is 20√2 m²

Hope it helps
