Answer-

78m.

Explanation -

Length of Moksha's Garden - 5m

Width of Moksha's Home - 14m

Length of Sonu's Garden - 5m

Width of Sonu's Garden -  15m

Fencing the Garden = Fencing the boundary = Perimetre

Perimetre of Rectangle = 2(l + w)

Perimetre of Moksha's Garden = 2 (5+14) = 38m

Perimetre of Sonu's Garden      = 2(5+15) = 40m

Total length of cane = 38+40 = 78m.

Answer:

Cane required is 78 metres.

Step-by-step explanation:

Length is Perimeter

Thus Mokhsha requires 2(l+b) metres

which equals 2(5+14) = 2×19 = 38 metres.

Sonu requires 2(5+15) = 40 metres

Thus total length required is 38+40=78 metres of cane.
