There is a square Park in our locality. The area of a rectangular park is 78 sqm. less than the twice of area of that square shaped Park whose length is 5 m. more than the length of the side of the park and the breadth is 3m. less than the length of the side of that park. Let us write by calculating,the length of the side of the square-shaped park. ​

step 1 - let the sides of square park be x m

step 2 - sides of rectangular park be

length - ( x + 5 )

breadth - ( x - 3)

then forming a equation according to the problem

and solving it using shri dhar accharya formula

Note- it can also be solve by factorization method
