There is Time lag between Arunachal pardesh and gujarat but Watches are same Because the STANDARD MERIDIAN(82°30E) passes through mirzapur,Uttarpardesh which is taken as standard time For whole country.If this ttime would not be taken then there will be problem because in each state there will be different time.
