There is a two-digit number whose units digit is 6 less than the tens digit. Four times the tens digit plus five times the units digit equals 51. Find the digits.​

Answer:

let the tens digit is x

then unit digit is x-6

again , 4x+5(x-6)=51

=> 4x+5x-30=51

=> 9x=51+30

=> 9x=81

=> x=81/9

=> x=9

so , tens digit is 9 and unit digit is 9-6=3

so the number is 93
