Total number of students=1287

No. of boys=

 \frac{8 }{9} \times 1287 = 1144

No. of boys who go to school=

 \frac{1}{11} \times 1144 = 104

No. of boys who go to primary school=

 \frac{1}{2} \times 104 = 72

So the final answer would be 72
