No idea if there is any formula for error in cube volume when error in a side is known but simply we can calculate considering a positive error of 2% in length of a side, say 100 units.

With an error of 2%, we measure 100 units as 102 and volume measurements with and without error are

102*102*102 cubic units or 1061208 and 100*100*100 cubic units or 1000000 cubic units.

So error in volume measurement is 1061208 cubic units -1000000 cubic units or 61208 which is an error fraction of 61208/1000000 or 0.061208 i.e., 6.1208%
