when there is a need of any secretion at a particular place then the msg is sent to the brain via nervous system

eg.

when sugar level rises in the blood the brains interprets the situation and command the pancreas to secrete more insulin in the blood and when the sugar level is in control the pancreas stops its secretion In excess

even the gland also transport the hormone via the nervous system
