Here very few people are engaged in farming. 2 or 3 persons take care of all the farming operations on huge farms of several hundred hectares.Thus the yield per person is obviously high though the yield per acre tends to remain low. But, since the farms are so large the total yield is high and makes farming viable for the 2 or 3 persons who depend on these farmsΦ

Their is low yield per acre but high yield per acre this happen because the size of the farm is very large therefore entire operations of cultivation from ploughing to harvesting are done by machines
