Question

There is no any rule in our Constitution that a person his or her age is 30 years can't study in class 5 or 6 then how u can say that if someone's age is 30 years then they can't read in class 5 or 6? I telling it again that there is no limit for study and age doesn't matter in education according to our Constitution and I think in all over the world also.

And in the 2nd way India is democratic county so everyone citizens are free to do anything about her or his rights.
