It means that cosmetic has no beauty as, it make us look beautiful from outside but when we are happy our face will glow we will be happy etc... that will make us more beautiful

Cosmetic makes you look beautiful but can you judge a people by their face if someone’s face is bad then how could you judge him or her by his or her face . To be happy you just need to be heart fully satisfied.
