Option (d) is the right answer.

There is no DNA in an enucleated ovum.

It's due to the following reasons :

- In an enucleated ovum the nucleus is not present.

- Generally in an enucleated ovum there is an exchange transfer of a nucleus from a somatic cell into an egg which is not fertilized in under these circumstances.

- Nucleus has a chromatin material which consists of DNA , RNA and some proteins.

- Since this ovum is enucleated (no nucleus) that's the reason it doesn't have DNA within it's composition.
