Yes,undoubtably hard work paves to succes but we also need to do smart work along with hard work becauge only doing hard work can not be fruitful every time.For example there was a villager he was a logger. He wanted a new latest wood cutting machine to cut the woods in search of it he went to town and ask the shopkeper for the best woodcutting machine which could easily cut the woods without lots effort.The shopkeeper provide him a machine saying that it is the best and exactly the thing he was searching for.He bought it .Next day he went to the forest to cut the trees and the woods but now it was more difficult for him to cut those. He tried alot (hard work) to do so but he failde.He went to the shop and scold the shopkeper and said that he cheted him.The shopkeper askedhim did you start it by pressing red button but he was shocked and confused.He was not know he was practising his old prossec of cutting wood.Here he was doing the hard work but not the smart work so the work done by him is not fruit ful.So always doing smar work is not going to work we also need to do smart work with hard work only then we will get a fruitful result.
