This Quote was used by Happy prince , the quote points out to the human nature ....

The prince cannot make out that despite the fact that all are humans , they keep irrational thoughts about themselves.

It is a phrase used by Oscar Wilde in "The Happy Prince". It means thatmisery is very complicated and no one is able to understand the cause ofsuffering hence he says that there is no greater mystery than that ofmisery.
