yes , that's true in that story the happy prince always likes to be happy but when died his statue was kept ideal at the junction of the streets where he can see that many of his kingdoms people was not happy. so , he took the swallows help to fulfill his wish on helping the poor , needy people among his city .... so, this says that misery was naturally occurring in the hearts of prince and swallow , it is not forced to occur !!
