there is no need to add the nitrogenous fertilizers b'coz these plants have nitrogen fixing bacterias(eg: cynobacteria) in their roots.

There is no need to add nitrogenous fertilizers while growing leguminous plants because they have nitrogen fixing bacteria which adds nitrogen to the soil Legumes have nodules on their roots that contain nitrogen-fixing bacteria which help them to fix nitrogen into the soil
