"There is no right without duty " - Yes. I totally aggree with this statement as it basically means that if there are no rights there cannot be any duties all the rights and duties are interconnected with each other. If there is a particular right there has to be a particular duty. Right to health is one of the example in which if a person is poor he cannot be healthy so has to report this to the government and claim for his right.

This is absolutely true, especially in free, democratic countries like our own. Even though the Constitution has given us a lot of rights for us to enjoy leading lives in a free and democratic atmosphere, it is our bounden duty to ensure that we or others around us do not misuse our freedom or rights. It is also incumbent on us to facilitate others in enjoying similar rights equally; we should never cause any hindrance in the matter.
