There is no right without duty support the statement with your argument or example

Duty and right are inter related where there is a right there is a duty too and vice versa. We can't separate them otherwise balance of life disturbs badly.
For example its our right that government should protect our lives, wealth and dignity etc and government can do this by law enforcement agencies e.g. police so to pay tax to government for their payments is our duty. So does the parents and children have duties and rights from each other which are necessary to be payed off by both to keep the balance within a family.

There is a cost for freedom if we want freedom we should do all our duties properly and having the rights without fulfilling the duties is just taking an advantage there is a give and take for everything which is why a duty needs to be done in order to have the right.
