There is one star in the sky which does not move at all. How it is possible?

First of all no stars move they seems to be moving because of the movement of our earth . The north star does need to be seems to move at all because it is situated just above the North Pole of the earth... This is like the centre of the wheel appears to be stable while the outer part appears to be moving
