there is only 21% of oxygen in atmosphere. how is it does not get used up

Air around us

The oxygen is replaced by human beings with carbon dioxide while the process of respiration. This Co2 is used by plants for food processing and release oxygen this cycle repeat again and again. Therefore oxygen is not getting totally used up.
